Description Be the heartbeat of our lobby. As Chief Concierge, you’ll lead the Concierge, Doorman, and Bell teams to deliver seamless, personalised luxury service every day. You’ll create memorable guest experiences, inspire your team, and ensure our InterContinental standards of excellence are always met. What You’ll Do: • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional, personalised service. • Oversee daily lobby, Concierge, and Bell Desk operations. • Provide insider knowledge and local recommendations to enhance guest stays. • Coordinate smooth arrivals and departures, including luggage and transport. • Maintain a polished, welcoming lobby environment. • Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and career development. • Support guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally. • Promote hotel services to enhance experiences and drive revenue. • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines. What We’re Looking For: • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Confident written communication. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Problem-solving, organisational, and coaching ability. • Energy, resilience, and passion for excellence. • 4 years in guest service, including 2 years in management (or equivalent). • Ability to handle complex relationships and deliver superior guest experiences.
